Over the centuries, mandarins have remained unchanged, retaining their authentic sweetness and fragrance. Three varieties have found fertile ground at the foothills of Etna Volcano and continue to grow without the use of any plant or crop protection products to still deliver the highest quality mandarin marmalade available in the market. Fabulous on plain or sourdough bread, tarts, and pies, but also remarkable on very aged cheese.
